I have more than 20 years experience of working therapeutically with adults and children, offering help with the difficulties, setbacks and sufferings that are part of our human experience. I offer a calm and reflective space with open interest towards whatever arises. Attentiveness, inquiry, alertness and curiosity are some of the qualities of this counselling space out of which we often discover different and surprising perspectives.
I hold qualifications in counselling, counsellor supervision and group facilitation working privately and within organisations. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and the British Association for the Person Centred Approach (BAPCA), I work in accordance with their guidelines for ethics and good practice. I am accredited by the Counselling Society.
