Couples:
Are you looking for some peace from the
confusion and struggles in your relationship?
Do you find that:
- You are arguing all the time. Even the smallest things get out of hand & become major disagreements
- Generally things are good between you, but the same problem comes up again and again. You feel like you're going round in circles
- You both want different things and it seems that one of you often ends up not getting what you want
- You've given up trying to talk to each other. You don't know what to say anymore
|
You feel tangled up, confused and you don't know where to start . . .
Relationship counselling offers you time & space away from home, family and work where you can start to talk about the difficulties in your relationship. It can be for any couple as well as for family relationships, such as, parent & child
Couple counselling can help you to:
- Hear and understand each other more clearly
- Understand the root of your conflicts
- Recognise the helpful and unhelpful ways that you communicate with each other
- Discover more compassionate ways of communicating & more intimacy
- Find ways of making decisions together

The Next Step. . .
Contact me for a free telephone consultation: to talk about what you are needing and whether counselling might help. Taking a step further, we can arrange an initial session for more in-depth exploration and an opportunity to decide whether more sessions would be helpful.
Generally speaking, an average number of sessions for couple counselling tends to be between 6 and 12 sessions. However, this is just a guide - some couples have fewer sessions and others continue for longer.
